In this Privacy Policy, when we mention AutoRevolution, we mean AutoRevolution and its various subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to as “AutoRevolution,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Information You Provide to Us

AutoRevolution does not directly collect or store any payment card information provided to the Services, but it may receive information associated with your payment card information, such as your billing details.

Your Documents: Our Services are designed as a simple solution to help individuals and businesses create, customize, sign, and download forms and agreements. To provide the Services, we store, process, and transmit your Documents as well as the information related to them. We do not sell your Documents.

Form Information: When you interact with or fill out forms, we may store the information you provide, even if you do not create an account.

Communications with Us: We may collect personal data from you, such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, sign up for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information from Other Sources

Our Customers: If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization may provide us with information about you so that we can set up your account.

Any terms defined in the CCPA and CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California users to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed certain information about you to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Online Tracking of California Residents. The “do not track” (“DNT”) privacy preference is an election that may be made in users’ web browsers allowing them to opt out of tracking by websites and online services.
